CurlON Releases Engagement Tour Report: A Comprehensive Overview of Stakeholder Feedback
CurlON is pleased to share the much-anticipated Engagement Tour Report. This comprehensive report summarizes the invaluable feedback gathered from stakeholders across the province during a series of engagement sessions led by Executive Director Matt Allen.
The Engagement Tour, spanning from December to March, served as a platform for CurlON to connect directly with its member clubs, competitors, and stakeholders at large. Through 60 club sessions and 41 one-on-one meetings, CurlON engaged with over 300 participants, dedicating more than 200 hours to listening and understanding the needs, challenges, and aspirations of the curling community.
“We are thrilled to share the insights gleaned from our Engagement Tour,” said Matt Allen, Executive Director of CurlON. “The feedback we received is instrumental in guiding myself and our team in my first year in the organization in guiding our strategic initiatives moving forward. I extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who participated and contributed to this vital conversation.”
The report highlights key themes that emerged from the sessions, including but not limited to:
- Website Navigation and Functionality
- Communication Strategies
- Transparency and Accountability
- Equitable Practices and Inclusion
- Facility and Equipment Management
- Attracting Youth and New Curlers
- Business Models and Membership Engagement
This report underscores our commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of our stakeholders, ultimately driving positive change within the curling community.
The Engagement Tour Report is now available and we encourage the curling community, club administrators, and stakeholders to access the report and familiarize themselves with the findings.
