Notice of 2025 Curling Ontario Annual Meeting
We are posting to inform you about the upcoming Curling Ontario 2025 Annual Meeting, scheduled to take place on September 20th at 4:00 PM. The meeting will be held in conjunction with our annual conference at the Best Western Plus Cobourg Inn & Conference Centre.
If a member club’s voting representative has changed since the board elections this past June, please contact matt@curlingontario.ca to update this information as soon as possible.
Voting representatives will have two options for voting:
- They may vote electronically through the voting platform for the motions of the Annual Meeting. All Voting Representatives will receive a secondary email today from SimplyVoting to access and cast their votes on the motions as part of the business meeting.
- Voting Representative may vote in person at the Annual Meeting. If the Voting Representative is voting at the Annual Meeting, they are not required to vote on the online platform.
