CurlON releases an updated Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy for 2022-2026
CurlON is excited to announce the release of our updated Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) Strategy (Version 2) for 2022-2026. Building on the foundation of our original document, this updated strategy reflects our commitment to accelerating equity, celebrating diversity, and fostering an inclusive culture within the curling community in Ontario.
This strategy is more than a document—it’s a roadmap to ensuring that everyone has a place on the ice. This version builds off the foundation of the original but we want to modernize and enhance our deliverables, ensuring greater accountability in our efforts to create an environment where everyone feels welcome.
We invite you to review our ED&I Strategy and join us on this important journey. Your support and participation are vital as we strive to make curling in Ontario a welcoming space for all.
Together, we can continue to grow our sport and strengthen our community through the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Thank you for standing with us.
