Curling Ontario Launches a Growth Mindset eLearning Module
Curling Ontario is excited to announce the launch of its second eLearning module, titled “Create Positive Change in Your Curling Facility with a Growth Mindset.” This initiative highlights our continued commitment to providing club-focused support and equipping our members with innovative and actionable resources to navigate the current challenges faced by curling clubs at all levels.
Are you looking to create positive change at your curling facility? Struggling with status-quo mindsets or facing difficulties in implementing your progressive ideas? This new course is designed to empower you with the skills necessary to enhance your self-awareness and adopt a growth mindset, enabling you to foster positive transformations within your facility and contribute to the overall growth of the sport.
Course Description:
As a curling leader, recognizing the importance of self-awareness and a growth mindset is essential for both personal and professional success. This course invites you to reflect on your leadership role while encouraging the development of habits that promote high levels of self-awareness and a growth mindset. Throughout this module, participants will:
- Understand the importance of self-awareness and a growth mindset for personal, professional, and volunteer success.
- Assess their current levels of self-awareness and growth mindset.
- Implement strategies to enhance their self-awareness and growth mindset.
