  /    /  Award Nominations
CurlON is thrilled to announce that nominations are now open for our prestigious awards program, honouring individuals and clubs/organizations who have made exceptional contributions to the sport of curling in Ontario.
We invite you to nominate deserving candidates for the following awards:

Recognizing individuals who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to their local curling community, the Community Hero Award celebrates the unsung heroes who go above and beyond to support and promote the sport at the grassroots level. Nominate someone who has made a significant impact on their club, league, or community through their dedication and passion for curling.

In recognition of a lifetime of extraordinary contributions to the sport, the Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates individuals who have left an indelible mark on the curling community. This year, we are introducing separate categories for the Lifetime Achievement Award to honor both builders and athletes who have made significant and lasting contributions to the sport.

Dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the curling community, the EDI Award honors individuals or organizations that have championed initiatives to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. Whether through educational programs, outreach efforts, or policy advocacy, we’re seeking nominations for those who are leading the way in advancing EDI principles in curling.

The Club Volunteer Award stands as a testament to the invaluable contributions of dedicated individuals who selflessly devote their time and effort to support the growth and success of curling clubs across Ontario.

CurlON will provide up to 3 pins per year to clubs to present to the volunteers within their club who exemplify long standing volunteerism.

Those submitting their club’s nomination may also confirm if they would like to have their volunteers names published on the CurlON website.

Clubs are invited to recognize and celebrate these individuals by submitting the names of their deserving nominees through the provided form link.
